Delete Your Customer Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your LoyaltyValet customer account.

Deletion Steps

If you choose to do so, you can permanently delete your account from the LoyaltyValet mobile app:

Open the LoyaltyValet mobile app

Click on the Settings gear icon

Navigate to "My Profile"

Tap "Delete Account"

Confirm your account deletion by pressing "Delete My Account"

Important Warning

This action is irreversible and ALL data related to your account will be fully deleted from our servers, making it impossible to recover this data. Please ensure that you are completely okay with losing all your account data before proceeding.

Once the confirmation screen appears, account deletion has been completed.

What Happens to Your Data After Deletion

Please note that under our account deletion policy, to respect our users' privacy, LoyaltyValet DOES NOT store any data related to you or your account upon account deletion, excluding logs related to your transactions with other users, including referrals. However, upon deletion, such data is anonymized, such that we are unable to associate it with your account.

For example: If you have referred another person to the LoyaltyValet service but choose to delete your account, we will only store a log that someone referred that person, but will no longer store any references to you or your account and will be unable to trace this back to you.
